COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motion Technologies PMI U12M4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nachi such as the MSM302Q2V1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P14X7431M manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRJ3500BRJ004U633 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Okuma Brand OPUS5000EC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as MT4525DTYCB equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N0924JEKPSB made by Parker as well as the popular P312SPN0350M original spares produced by Stober Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSK070C0450NNS2UP0RNNN by Bosch and MT4525DTYCB spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P56X1534R300Q56L40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
